The Chequers Inn is positioned just off the main green in Fladbury, a pretty and affluent village in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Internally, there is a single main bar to the front of the property which leads onto a separate restaurant area and conservatory extension to the rear.

The trading areas have many traditional features including inglenook fireplaces and exposed beams throughout, and the property also benefits from seven en-suite letting rooms on the first floor. There is an external dining terrace and an enclosed beer garden to the rear with extensive views over the surrounding countryside.
